Ex-WWE star Bobby Lashley doesn't believe that Omos will return to WWE television.

Lashley was asked about his former rival's future during a recent virtual signing with K&S WrestleFest, saying:

"I think he should be [back on TV]. Unfortunately, I don't know. I don't know. The way that things have changed, I don't see him having that opportunity. I hope that me saying that gives him that opportunity. But a lot of people haven't had that opportunity, and a lot of people kind of went separate ways with them. So I don't know what is going on right now. There's a lot of really good talent that left".

Lashley left WWE in August when his contract expired. He has signed a deal with AEW, according to reports.

Omos, meanwhile, was last seen in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the April 5 edition of SmackDown. Prior to that, his last two televised matches were as an entrant in the 2024 men's Royal Rumble match and in a battle royal at SummerSlam. He had primarily been working non-televised live events.

It was reported in July that WWE had given up on Omos. The Great Muta, however, wants to use him in Pro Wrestling NOAH.

The Nigerian giant's former manager MVP believes that anyone who cannot make money with Omos is an 'idiot'.
