Bobby Lashley Vs. Carlito Added To Next Week's WWE SmackDown
Bobby Lashley will battle Carlito on SmackDown
Next week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown will feature all the fallout from the Crown Jewel premium live event, and WWE are already looking ahead to next week with a match announced.
For the first time under the WWE banner since all the way back on a Raw house show in 2007, and for the first time on WWE programming full stop, Bobby Lashley and Carlito will go one on one in a singles match.
This comes on the back of Carlito emerging at the recent Fastlane premium live event to team up with Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar on the Latino World Order to even the field in a six-man tag team match against Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits. In the several weeks since that event, Carlito has been on the receiving end of attacks from the heel stable, with the two warring stables also facing off in a variety of different matches and combinations of each group.
No other matches have yet been announced for next week’s SmackDown show.
