People within WWE are very happy with Bobby Roode.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Roode has been "getting tons of praise" in his role as a WWE producer, especially since he began filling in for Michael Hayes and working on top WWE main events. Roode previously served as Hayes' co-producer and Roode and Jamie Noble helped put together the Bad Blood main event of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.

Bobby Roode was previously a wrestler in WWE but he hasn't competed since June 2022, later undergoing two neck fusion surgeries. Roode has been cleared for an in-ring return but the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion admitted he isn't interested in wrestling full-time again.

The 48-year-old has been working behind the scenes as a WWE producer since SummerSlam 2023.

Michael Hayes is currently on leave from WWE, reportedly due to a medical issue according to PWInsider. Hayes is expected to be back with WWE sooner rather than later. Hayes is the top producer within WWE and he has been heavily involved in Roman Reigns and the Bloodline's creative since 2020.
