Seth Rollins raises the hand of Braun Strowman following Braun's victory on WWE Raw.

Ever since WWE’s sale to Endeavor and the end of Vince McMahon from running day-to-day operations, the company has been far more open to their talent showing up elsewhere in the professional wrestling world. For instance, WWE talent has appeared and wrestled in TNA, GCW, Pro Wrestling NOAH, Marigold, and other smaller indie shows too over the last year, with a recent example being Finn Balor & JD McDonagh taking a trip to OTT

Braun Strowman is next on the list of contracted WWE stars who will be making an indie appearance, though in the case of Strowman, it isn’t to wrestle. It has been announced that he will be the special guest referee for a tag team match which sees Santino Marella and the former Damien Sandow taking on The Newest Rockers (Al Snow and Kal Herro), at the Great Lakes Championship Wrestling Blizzard Brawl event in Waukesha, Wisconsin at the Waukesha County Expo Center, next month on December 7.

Other matches scheduled for the show include Zilla Fatu taking on Joey Avalon, Frankie Kazarian battling EC3, and Steve Maclin & Ace Steel taking on Scotty 2 Hotty & Keagan Gartland. A whole host of other talent such as Velvet Sky, Wendy Richter, Chavo Guerrero, Ash by Elegance, and many more are slated to appear.
