More WWE ID Signings, News On Coaching Team

The first names signed to the new WWE ID initiative were revealed over the last week, and throughout the course of the weekend, two new names were announced in Marcus Mathers and Sam Hardway Holloway. In a post to social media, William Regal was shown offering contracts to the pair, who showed off their gratitude. 

Fightful Select have offered some more insight into the behind-the-scenes goings on with the WWE ID program, as William Regal isn’t the only person involved. Former WWE superstar Timothy Thatcher is said to be involved in a coaching and training role, working alongside Regal. When it comes to those being revealed by WWE, it is reported that there are more ‘familiar’ names who are set to be announced soon. A lot of the deals were agreed to some time ago, and some have even wrestled on AEW & ROH since talks began with WWE. 

There may also necessarily be talent who worked for major promotions in the past being brought into WWE ID, provided they are a ‘good fit’. Other names signed to WWE ID this week included Cayda Steel, Jack Cartwheel, Cappuccino Jones, Bryce Donovan and Zara Zakher.
