Bray Wyatt Introduces New Look For WWE Universal Belt

With the aid of magic...

After The Fiend put away Universal champion Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel in Riyadh two weeks ago, rumors were abound that a new look was coming for the belt, with a few designs even making the rounds. Something Fiendish, perhaps?

On Friday night's edition of WWE SmackDown from Philadelphia, a Firefly Fun House vignette aired in which Wyatt, after putting on some magician attire, waved a magic wand over the three-year-old red-strapped belt.

After reciting a spell and waving his magic wand, the red belt changed to a blue-strapped version, appropriate in light of the belt becoming a SmackDown property following the title change at Crown Jewel.

The new look belt is also complete with Fiend-face side plates.

Wyatt also teased interest in the night's Miz TV segment with guest Daniel Bryan.

Wyatt is the seventh different Universal champion in the belt's three-plus year history. He joins Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Brock Lesnar as the only men to have held both the WWE and Universal belts.
