Bray Wyatt Responds "Yes" To Fan That Asks If WWE Tries To Destroy Its Characters

A concise answer...

Clearly, the ending of Super ShowDown was displeasing to many WWE fans, particularly those who had taken to Bray Wyatt's "Fiend" character.

After Goldberg dispatched Wyatt in under three minutes of something that only latently resembled a competitive match, the now-goldless Fiend vanished, and looks to be out of the Universal title picture.

Fans have long taken issue with how characters in wrestling are booked, and have no qualms about expressing their thoughts on social media. But one who did during SmackDown on Friday night probably wasn't expecting a response from the deposed champ.

The fan expressed annoyance with new SmackDown Tag Team champions John Morrison and The Miz losing a non-title match to The Usos, asking, "You booked your brand new tag champs to lose clean in a non-title match? Are they trying to completely destroy their characters?"

Wyatt, who wasn't even tagged in the tweet, responded, "Yes".

In the two days since the title switch, Wyatt has tweeted various cryptic messages, as is his custom. He looks to be headed for a match with John Cena at WrestleMania 36.
