Brian Pillman Jr's WWE Signing Confirmed

WWE Signing of Brian Pillman Jr. Confirmed

WWE have officially confirmed the signing of Brian Pillman Jr., with a write-up on Pillman Jr’s attributes published on USA Network’s official website.

Vignettes teasing Pillman Jr’s arrival have recently aired on NXT TV, with the video - showing an unseen figure watching footage of WCW Saturday Night and Cincinnati Bengals training camp (both allusions to Brian Pillman Sr.) - also airing during NXT No Mercy on September 30.

Whilst the airing of this vignette confirmed Pillman Jr’s signing, the article by USA Network removes all doubt, with the long-time WWE broadcaster leading their article with “the rumours are true: Brian Pillman, Jr. is the latest pro wrestling prodigy to make the jump to WWE”, before announcing that Pillman Jr. is "following in the footsteps" of Jade Cargill, who also recently signed with WWE.

Pillman Jr. has reportedly been training at WWE’s Performance Center for several weeks, with WWE bucking the trend and not announcing the former Varsity Blond’s signing ahead of time. In recent years, Performance Center classes would be announced via group photo, with signees posing in official Performance Center t-shirts.
