Brie Bella 'Not Holding Her Breath' On Receiving Call From WWE

The 2025 Royal Rumble saw Nikki Bella make her return to WWE, but sister Brie was nowhere to be seen, with ‘Brie Mode’ admitting she isn’t holding her breath on receiving a call from the company.

The Bellas recently welcomed WWE’s Nia Jax onto the Nikki & Brie Show ahead of WrestleMania 41, with Brie pitching several creative ideas, including having the Bellas involved as lumberjills for the Charlotte Flair vs. Tiffany Stratton match. Whilst Nikki and Jax loved the idea, Brie revealed that WWE hasn’t contacted her at all, saying:

"WWE, call me, I'll join creative. They haven't called. If you guys want to call,” said Brie.

Nikki commented, "She's still waiting for a call. We're all waiting for something," before Brie added, "Not going to hold my breath, let me tell you."

Since departing WWE in 2023, Brie has not been involved in the wrestling business, save for being ringside with her two children when cheering on husband Bryan Danielson during his AEW World Championship victory over Swerve Strickland at All In London 2024.

A former WWE Divas Champion and member of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020, Brie and sister Nikki were part of WWE for over 15 years.
