Britt Baker Vs. Tay Conti Announced For AEW Full Gear

For the AEW Women's title

The Women's title match has been announced for AEW Full Gear, and will see Dr. Britt Baker defend her title against Tay Conti.

Baker defeated Conti's friend and "TayJay" tag team partner Anna Jay last night on AEW Rampage. After the match, Baker continued the beatdown on Jay, but Conti made the save, running off Baker and her entourage, Rebel and Jamie Hayter.

Baker has reigned as AEW Women's champion since May 30, when she defeated Hikaru Shida for the title at Double or Nothing. She's gone to make four successful defenses of the belt, including a high profile victory over Ruby Soho at Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 22.

Conti previously challenged for the AEW Women's title on the April 21 broadcast of Dynamite, falling short against Shida.

The current card for AEW Full Gear, taking place Saturday, November 13 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, is as follows:

* AEW World: Kenny Omega (c) vs. "Hangman" Adam Page

* AEW Women's: Dr. Britt Baker (c) vs. Tay Conti

* AEW World Title Eliminator tournament final: opponents TBA
