Brock Lesnar Returns At WWE SummerSlam 2021

The Beast is back!

Brock Lesnar has returned to WWE, capping an immense night of incredible moments at SummerSlam 2021.

Shortly after Roman Reigns successfully defended the Universal Championship against John Cena in the main event of this year's SummerSlam at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the unmistakable riff of Lesnar's entrance music filled the arena, sending the live crowd into meltdown.

Lesnar emerged, sporting a full beard and a ponytail, getting in Reigns' face in the ring as Special Counsel Paul Heyman - previously Lesnar's advocate - looked on in horror.

Reigns and Heyman retreated, leaving Lesnar in the ring, who received a huge babyface pop from the live audience.

After SummerSlam went off the air, Lesnar would attack Cena in the ring, hitting the 16-time World Champion with German Suplexes and an F-5.

Lesnar hasn't been seen in WWE since WrestleMania 36 last year, when The Beast was defeated for the WWE Championship by Drew McIntyre on Night Two.

Lesnar had been out of contract with Vince McMahon's promotion since then and reports had suggested that, while neither side was desperate to secure a new deal during the COVID-19 Pandemic, another feud with Reigns would be logical upon his return.
