Bron Breakker: 'Elite' Roderick Strong Brings The Best Out Of His Opponents

Bron Breakker has lavished praise on Roderick Strong after the two put on an excellent match on this week's episode of WWE NXT.

Breakker competed with, and defeated, WWE NXT Cruiserweight Champion Strong in the main event of the December 14 episode of NXT 2.0, a bout that received significant praise from fans on social media. 

Still relatively new to wrestling, Breakker was thrilled to get the opportunity to compete with Strong and believes the Diamond Mine leader was able to bring the best out of him in their match.

Speaking on WWE El Brunch, Breakker said: ""Roderick Strong, he's a really tough guy and a tough competitor. I have to give credit where it's due, he's a very elite superstar.

"He's very elite. He brings the best out of his opponents. That's all I can really say about him is that he's elite. He's a top performer. All the respect to Roddy. It was an old school slugfest. I was thankful for the opportunity."
