Bruce Prichard Thinks Beer Money, Inc. Would Have Been Successful In WWE

Storm and Roode never got a shot together in WWE

Bruce Prichard is surprised that James Storm and Robert Roode never got a shot together in WWE. As Beer Money, Inc. the duo captured the TNA World Tag Team titles on five occasions and were widely regarded as one of the best tag teams in the business.

WWE's current Executive Director of Raw and SmackDown discussed whether he believes they would have been a success in WWE during a recent edition of his Something to Wrestle podcast, saying:

"Yeah, I think they could've. I really do. I think they definitely could've. I think that James is another one that [is an] extremely talented guy, [he's got] the gift to gab, but was either afraid of success or just couldn't go on to that next thing. He really liked where he was in the pecking order [that] he was [in]".

Roode has been signed to WWE since 2016. A former NXT, United States and Tag Team champion, he is currently recovering neck fusion surgery.

Storm, meanwhile, wrestled a pair of matches on NXT TV in 2015, but ultimately did not sign a full-time deal. He currently competes on the independent circuit.
