Bryan Danielson Disgusted By Percy Pigs, Enjoys Greggs Vegan Sausage Roll & Irn Bru

Bryan Danielson has revealed his dislike for an iconic British sweet. 

Marks and Spencer's Percy Pigs have delighted the United Kingdom since the 1990s, becoming a staple of the UK supermarket to the point people can buy a stuffed toy of Percy Pig. The fruit gum has undergone changes in recent years, becoming vegan following the removal of gelatin and beeswax, and notable vegan Bryan Danielson was able to try the snack during an appearance on LADbible's Snack Wars. 

Pitted against the United States' Nerds, Danielson ultimately went with the US confectionary, calling Percy Pigs "horrible." 

"People like this? I'm still chewing it. I have really good teeth for chewing and this is a hard chew...That's horrible," Danielson stated.

While he wasn't a fan of the humble Percy Pig, Danielson did give the UK points for the Greggs vegan sausage roll, which he said was "nice", and the national drink of Scotland Irn Bru, comparing it to cream soda.  The United States ultimately won Snack Wars 3-2, however. 

Danielson joins Triple H on the list of people who like a Greggs pasty, with the WWE Chief Content Officer noting he enjoyed the texture of a sausage, bean and cheese melt in 2022. 

Bryan Danielson will main event AEW All In on Sunday, August 25 at London's Wembley Stadium. Danielson will put his career on the line when he challenges Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship.
