After the group had largely been apart on-screen in All Elite Wrestling over the past few months, Bryan Danielson reunited with Blackpool Combat Club during his return on the March 29 edition of AEW Dynamite.

Blackpool Combat Club, who were in a feisty mood throughout the broadcast, looked to attack Kenny Omega following his successful defence of the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Cobb on Dynamite. Danielson then made his return, appearing to make the save for Omega as BCC initially backed away.

Once Omega had his back turned, though, Danielson lined up and connected with the Busaiku Knee. The rest of the Blackpool Combat Club in Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli then entered the ring to continue the beatdown of Omega after Danielson applied the LeBell Lock.

Danielson's re-emergence in Blackpool Combat Club adds him to the burgeoning feud between the BCC and The Elite, with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks standing behind Hangman Page a few weeks ago on Dynamite. Speculation has suggested that Hangman will eventually reunite with The Elite ahead of a potential Blood & Guts Match later this year.

Danielson had been off AEW TV since the Revolution pay-per-view, noting after his loss to MJF in a 60-Minute Iron Man Match that it was time for him to go home.
