Bryan Danielson bowed out of full-time in-ring competition at AEW WrestleDream 2024 when he dropped the AEW World Championship to The Death Riders’ Jon Moxley. His future in the ring was unknown and remains to be unknown as time presses on. He has offered some updates on his condition here and there, but revealed that his neck was wrecked and surgery was still a lingering possibility, which could put his in-ring future out of the question completely.
Speaking on Daly Migs, Danielson revealed the latest update on his condition, though it isn’t a promising one for anyone wanting a surprise Danielson match at the upcoming AEW All In: Texas 2025 PPV.
“I don't know, but right now, I'm not cleared to wrestle. Even if I wanted to, if I said, 'Hey, I'm going to be there.' I will be there in Kent. I will be there live in front of the people, but probably not on television. It'll just be for the people there live.”
Danielson recently showed up in a surprise appearance at a ROH/ACTION event, though not in a wrestling capacity.
