Bryan Danielson Vs. Ricky Starks Rematch Added To AEW Collision Next Week
Bryan Danielson and Ricky Starks will battle in a Texas Death Match
“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson and “Absolute” Ricky Starks tore the house down a couple weeks back at the AEW All Out 2023 PPV as they beat the living soul out of one another in a brutal Strap Match, which was ultimately won by Danielson despite him still recovering from a broken arm.
After Danielson was set to offer up Starks a place in the Blackpool Combat Club following this war, Starks attacked his rival, making it clear that things are not over between the pair. During last night’s episode of AEW Collision, Ricky Starks and his new ally Big Bill picked up a huge win over the BCC’s Danielson and ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli, cheating their way to victory.
Later in the night, Starks showed annoyance at not having a match for WrestleDream, so he decided to challenge Bryan Danielson to a rematch on next week’s Collision - in a Texas Death Match. The bout was made official and the pair will once again square off.
