Cameron Grimes Captures WWE NXT North American Championship At Stand & Deliver

There was a title change in the opening match of NXT Stand & Deliver. 

Carmelo Hayes defended the NXT North American Championship against Grayson Waller, Cameron Grimes, Solo Sikoa and Santos Escobar in a very good opening Ladder Match. 

The match featured several big spots, including an Elbow Drop from the top of a ladder from Grayson Waller as he looked to put Carmelo Hayes through another ladder on the outside. Hayes moved out of the way, though, and Waller crashed and burned, striking the ladder at an awkward angle to possibly suffer an arm injury. 

Back in the ring, Escobar took Hayes out with a Phantom Driver but The Emperor Of Lucha Libre didn't have time to take advantage before Cameron Grimes flattened him with a Cave-In.

Grimes then scaled the ladder and pulled the championship down to begin his first reign as NXT North American Champion.

There was also a title change on the NXT Stand & Deliver Kickoff Show as Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai defeated Toxic Attraction to win the NXT Women's Tag Team Title.
