Carlito's WWE Brand Revealed
Will Carlito be heading to Raw, SmackDown, or NXT?
After signing with the company several months back, Carlito has finally emerged on WWE programming for his official return to action. At the Fastlane 2023 premium live event last night, he emerged as the mystery third partner for the Latino World Order’s Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar as they took on the trio of Bobby Lashley, Montez Ford, and Angelo Dawkins.
Plans for Carlito going forwards aren’t hugely clear, but it was revealed in a report from PWInsider that Carlito would be on the SmackDown brand. This keeps him in and amongst the LWO members who are also on the blue brand, as their affiliation may very well be set to continue.
Earlier this year at the Backlash event, Carlito made a surprise appearance at the show to aid Bad Bunny and the LWO as they fended off Damian Priest and the Judgment Day, coming out to an enormous pop in front of his home Puerto Rican fans. Carlito was set to debut earlier this year, but WWE stalled his comeback.
