Cesaro Hails Seth Rollins As WWE's New Mr. WrestleMania

The new Shawn Michaels at 'Mania

Cesaro has claimed Seth Rollins is WWE's new Mr. WrestleMania.

The moniker has traditionally belonged to WWE Hall Of Famer Shawn Michaels due to his numerous stellar matches at The Showcase Of The Immortals against the likes of The Undertaker, Razor Ramon, Kurt Angle and Ric Flair. The Heartbreak Kid has also main evented WWE's biggest pay-per-view of the year on five occasions.

Seth Rollins doesn't have the same list of WrestleMania accolades as Michaels but Cesaro has hailed the former Universal Champion as WWE's new Mr. WrestleMania.

Reflecting on their WrestleMania 37 match on Out Of Character with Ryan Satin, Cesaro said: "It felt right, to be in the ring with Seth, you know, who I shared the road with, who is I think I said it in the 24 as well, I think he is Mr. WrestleMania. All the stuff he's achieved at WrestleMania that's second to none. I think nobody can claim that.

"The matches that he puts on every WrestleMania and SummerSlam as well, every time he gets in the ring, I think we are similar in that mindset, we always try to outdo each other. Obviously when we're in different matches on the same show as well, but even when we're in the same one, we try to get the best result possible. And I think we did that at WrestleMania."

Within his WrestleMania career so far, Rollins has had widely praised matches against Kevin Owens, Triple H, The Miz & Finn Balor, and the aforementioned Cesaro. He was also involved in one of the most memorable moments in modern WrestleMania history at WrestleMania 31 when he cashed in the Money In The Bank contract.
