Charly Caruso Comments On WWE Departure

Charly Caruso says she has departed WWE 'on a positive note' despite reports about heat on her within the company. 

Caruso confirmed on Instagram that she had left WWE, with ESPN announcing the presenter had accepted a full-time position with the company. 

Prior to her WWE departure, Caruso was subject of reports that she had been late to interviews with WWE superstars at Raw tapings, leading to heat on the presenter. Those reports would note that Caruso had since been removed from WWE television. 

However, Caruso has dismissed online speculation about her relationship with WWE and says she left the company in a positive manner.

“There is always going to be chatter,” Caruso told TV Insider. "The contract was coming up. Instead of renewing, I’m moving on. Everyone is going to have their own opinions regardless. I never had any issues while I was at WWE.

"Nothing bad happened. As far as I’m concerned, I’m leaving on a positive note and beginning what I believe to be the next step in my career."
