CJ Perry Finishes Up With AEW

CJ Perry is no longer All Elite

CJ Perry hasn’t been in AEW for all that long, but she has already parted ways with the company. In an interview with USA Today, Perry revealed that her time with AEW has just finished, but she is looking to remain in the business and manage the best wrestlers.

It was later reported by Fightful Select that Perry was a part of AEW’s cuts back in April. It was noted that her initial arrival in AEW was on a per appearance basis, before signing an official deal with the company. It isn’t known how long she had left on that contract before being cut.

Perry made her AEW debut at the 2023 All Out PPV, emerging to save Miro from an attack by Powerhouse Hobbs. She engaged in a strange storyline alongside Miro, managing wrestlers who would then get beaten and targeted by Miro. She stood by the side of Andrade El Idolo in the latter part of 2023, turning against him at the Worlds Collide show, helping Miro defeat him. However, an injury to Miro and being hospitalised herself led to her being absent from AEW’s shows from that point on.
