Classic Batman Character To Make Pro Wrestling Debut
A Batman villain will be in action later this week
A classic character from the Batman comic books is set to make his pro wrestling debut later this week.
Independent Superstars of Professional Wrestling will hold their Rage in the Cage event in West Milford, New Jersey on Friday, April 14 and the show is set to feature the in-ring debut of the Mutant Leader from The Dark Knight Returns, arguably the best Batman story of all time. The Mutant Leader will be portrayed by Sid O'Connell, who played the character during the fifth season of Gotham.
The Mutant Leader is set to go one-on-one with Kerr. He will be hoping to have better luck on Friday night than he did against Batman at the Gotham Landfill to close out part one of The Dark Knight Returns.
Two Steel Cage matches will also take place at Rage in the Cage. In the first bout, Crowbar will face "The King of Rock" Rick Recon before Tina San Antonio battles Vicious Vicki.
Gangrel will also be in action on the show when he squares off with Bull James (FKA Bull Dempsey) for the ISPW Heavyweight Championship. James is managed by former WWE Tough Enough winner Maven.
