CM Punk Vs. Eddie Kingston Added To AEW Full Gear

Following a war of words on AEW Rampage

CM Punk will now face Eddie Kingston at AEW Full Gear next Saturday night, after the two had a heated exchange on Friday night's Rampage in St. Louis.

The issue began last Friday night when Kingston, upset over losing in the World Title Eliminator tournament to Bryan Danielson, loudly disrupted a Punk interview being conducted by Tony Schiavone. Punk asked for an apology on tonight's Rampage, which led to Kingston going on a tirade about Punk judging and disrespecting him when he was coming up in the business.

After the two continued to exchange words, Kingston issued the challenge for Full Gear, with Punk accepting. Kingston then made one insult too many, goading Punk into headbutting him, kicking off a pull-apart brawl.

The current card for AEW Full Gear, taking place Saturday, November 13 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, is as follows:

* AEW World: Kenny Omega (c) vs. "Hangman" Adam Page

* AEW Women's: Dr. Britt Baker DMD (c) vs. Tay Conti

* AEW World Tag Team: The Lucha Bros (c) vs. FTR

* AEW World Title Eliminator tournament final: Bryan Danielson vs. Miro

* CM Punk vs. Eddie Kingston

* Darby Allin vs. MJF

* Minneapolis Street Fight: The Inner Circle vs. Men of the Year, Junior Dos Santos, Andrei Arlovski, and Dan Lambert
