CM Punk Wants To Enter WWE Royal Rumble At #30

CM Punk wants to be last in the Royal Rumble

CM Punk doesn't plan to be in the Royal Rumble for very long on Saturday night.

Punk has already declared he will enter the men's Royal Rumble on January 27 as he looks to punch his ticket to the main event of WrestleMania 40. He will be joined in the match by 29 other competitors and a few names have been confirmed for the match so far, including Cody Rhodes, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Gunther, Damian Priest, and Kofi Kingston.

Cody Rhodes entered at #30 to win the Royal Rumble in 2023 and CM Punk will be looking to replicate his success, telling WWE's X (FKA Twitter) account that he wants to enter the Rumble last.

"There are many different schools of thought to this. Obviously, strategically, you want to be number 30. I feel like a lot of professional wrestlers want to be number one to prove that they can be the Iron Man, and also win at the same time. Me, being how old I am now, give me number 30," Punk said.

Punk is one of the favourites to win the men's Royal Rumble but if a psychic is to be believed, he won't be the man pointing at the WrestleMania sign on January 27.
