Cody Rhodes will face Dominik Mysterio on Raw
A rematch from a premium live event earlier in the year is set to take place on the upcoming episode of Monday Night Raw, as a singles match between Cody Rhodes and The Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio has been announced for the show.
Rhodes has had issues with The Judgment Day for several months now, previously meeting Dominik Mysterio at the Money in the Bank 2023 premium live event in London, England, winning the match soundly. The bad blood between these two sides has heated up in recent weeks, with Rhodes siding with the likes of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens to wage war with the faction.
The NXT North American Champion Mysterio will get another shot at beating Rhodes as they go one-on-one. Also announced for the September 18 edition of Raw is a singles match between Ricochet and Shinsuke Nakamura, after Nakamura ambushed Ricochet to send a message to World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, and a singles match between Drew McIntyre and Jey Uso.
