Corey Graves Wants To Face Pat McAfee At WWE Survivor Series

A Survivor Series match between Corey Graves and Pat McAfee is on Graves’ wishlist

Despite only a handful of wrestling matches under his belt, Pat McAfee put on a hell of a showing at WrestleMania 38, as the SmackDown colour commentator got an impressive win over Austin Theory.

McAfee’s displays have not gone un-noticed, as Raw colour commentator Corey Graves has spoken of his desire to face McAfee in future competition, telling Wrestling Inc. Daily’s Nick Hausman:

“Not to my knowledge was it ever discussed with any sense of legitimacy [Graves teasing a match with McAfee on social media]. But you’ve got to remember, there’s only one night a year Raw and SmackDown competes in head-to-head competition - Survivor Series. I hope, I am going to start politicking now. I think McAfee and Graves at Survivor Series, I think we have to pass the bar that was set by Cole and Lawler at WrestleMania.”

Admittedly, the bar is low, as Cole and Lawler had one of the worst matches in WrestleMania history when they clashed at WrestleMania 27 in 2011.
