Dani Palmer on WWE NXT Level Up

Dani Palmer seemingly won't be popping up on the indies following her WWE release, with the former NXT talent noting on Instagram that a February 21 match against Kali Armstrong on WWE Evolve was her last.

"The match I tore my knee in…my last match. I'm so glad I finished it. I had A BLAST every time I stepped in that ring..I created this fun pin sequence and it's up for grabs now. @refjeremymarcus & @kali_wwe you guys are the best and It makes me smile so big that I was in there for the last time with you guys," Palmer wrote.

Real name AJ Amrhein, Dani Palmer signed with WWE in 2022 and primarily competed on NXT Level Up before performing on Evolve in 2025. She suffered from multiple injury issues during her time with WWE, however.

Palmer was released along with 15 other WWE talents on Friday, May 2, including the likes of Braun Strowman, Dakota Kai, and Shayna Baszler. Shotzi was also informed by WWE that her contract was not being renewed.
