Dates Of PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2023 Revealed

January 2023 has another major pro wrestling event. 

Alongside NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17, IMPACT Hard To Kill, and WWE Royal Rumble in the first month of next year, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla have announced the 2023 edition of the Battle of Los Angeles will be held on Saturday, January 7 and Sunday, January 8 at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles. When tickets for the event will go on sale has yet to be revealed. 

PWG have held the Battle of Los Angeles since 2005 and it is one of the biggest tournaments in independent wrestling. Past winners include Zack Sabre Jr., El Generico, Adam Cole, Bandido, Jeff Cobb, and two-time winner Ricochet. 

BOLA returned after a two-year COVID-19-related hiatus in January 2022. Daniel Garcia defeated "Speedball" Mike Bailey in the final to win the tournament and Red Death went on to defeat Bandido for the PWG World Championship four months later.

No participants have been announced for BOLA 2023. Along with Garcia and Mike Bailey, the 2022 tournament featured the likes of Buddy Matthews, Lio Rush, JONAH, Alex Shelley, and Jack Cartwheel.
