David Penzer gone from TNA Wrestling

TNA Wrestling are in the market for a new ring announcer.

It was revealed following IMPACT Final Resolution that David Penzer is finishing up with the promotion and the IMPACT Plus special was Penzer's final show as part of IMPACT (soon to be TNA Wrestling once again). IMPACT President Scott D'Amore made the announcement before he gave an award to Penzer, praising him for his runs in TNA/IMPACT and World Championship Wrestling.

Penzer tweeted following Final Resolution: "Wasn't expecting that send off. Lots of things swirling in my mind. Thanks for all the great comments. I'll take a few days and make a statement on here."

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Penzer's exit from IMPACT was amicable. He has been a part of the promotion across multiple runs from 2006 until Saturday night's departure.

IMPACT Wrestling will become TNA Wrestling once again from the Hard to Kill pay-per-view on Saturday, January 13.
