WWE High On Lash Legend

WWE high on NXT's Lash Legend

WWE are high on an NXT talent.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE are "really high" on Lash Legend, which certainly bodes well for the Meta-Four member's future in WWE.

"They're really high on her because she has got size. And I think that that always helps you in WWE. She's a legit, top-level athlete," Meltzer said.

After playing college basketball at Texas A&M and Mississippi State, Legend (real name Anriel Howard) was drafted by the Seattle Storm in the 2019 WNBA Draft. She only played three games for the team before being waived, however.

Howard then signed with WWE in December 2020 and made her TV debut following the NXT 2.0 rebrand in September 2021. Legend would then make her in-ring debut in December 2021 and she has since had 81 matches across TV and house shows.

Legend was a part of the Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline on December 9 and she was a featured performer in the match. Legend failed to win the match, however, with Blair Davenport ultimately walking away as the number one contender for the NXT Women's Championship.
