Dustin Rhodes Works Behind The Scenes At AEW Dynamite

Dustin Rhodes was backstage working behind the scenes at All Elite Wrestling's tapings of Dynamite and Collision in Fresno, California on Wednesday, March 18, PWInsider has reported.

Rhodes worked as a producer at the tapings, although it is unknown which match he helped produce. The former TNT Champion also ran the ropes before the taping as he was likely working towards being medically cleared for an in-ring return. Those backstage at the AEW tapings were "very happy" to have Rhodes back and The Natural was said to have been in good spirits being back at work.

Rhodes had been gone from All Elite Wrestling since July 2025 due to undergoing double knee replacement surgery. In addition to recovering from surgery, Rhodes entered his dog, Beast, into Crufts earlier this year. The pooch ended up finishing third in the working group open category.

The expectation was Dustin Rhodes would be returning to All Elite Wrestling soon as he noted in late 2025 that he was aiming to be back in the ring around March 2026.

Dustin Rhodes has been signed to AEW since 2019. He put pen to paper on a six-year extension in 2024. Rhodes recently ruled out returning to WWE and bringing back Goldust.
