ECW Original Set To Make In-Ring Return

An ECW original is set to return to the ring

An Extreme Championship Wrestling original is set to return to the ring for the first time in 10 years at an upcoming independent wrestling show.

Brian Myers and Pat Buck’s Create-A-Pro Wrestling are hosting their second annual Frostbite event on December 14, with Chris Chetti dusting off his boots to team with Myers against GKM and Leo Sparrow.

Chetti was one of only several graduates from ECW’s House of Hardcore training dojo in the mid-90s, with Chetti wrestling for Paul Heyman’s legendary hardcore federation from 1996 until its closure in 2001.

In ECW, Chetti formed a popular tag team with Super Nova in 1999, until the two acrimoniously split in late 2000, Nova defeating Chetti in a loser leaves town match at November to Remember.

Chetti last wrestled in April 2013, once again teaming with Nova at an indie show in New Jersey. That match was in-turn Chetti’s first since 2005, with Chetti working a Hardcore Homecoming reunion tour after appearing at the inaugural ECW One Night Stand event hosted by WWE.
