Eddie Edwards "More Than Open" To Reuniting With Davey Richards In IMPACT Wrestling

Could we see the return of the American Wolves in IMPACT Wrestling?

In a recent interview with The Angle Podcast, IMPACT Wrestling's Eddie Edwards discussed reuniting with tag partner Davey Richards in the promotion, stating:

“Me and Davey, we’re friends. We do some indie matches here and there together, and in the professional wrestling world you never say never, so you don’t know what’s going to happen. I’d be more than open to it. Like you said, I think people would like to see it - and I think me and Davey would like to do it at some point. Who knows what happens down the road? Maybe it happens, maybe it doesn’t, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it.”

Together, Eddie and Davey (as the American Wolves) are five-time IMPACT World Tag Team Champions. They have also both enjoyed singles success. Both are former Ring of Honor World Champions, and Edwards is a two-time IMPACT World Champion.

The Pair last wrestled as a tag team in IMPACT back in 2017, losing a tag title match to The Broken Hardys.
