Eric Young Believes He'll Be Cleared For IMPACT Return By October

The Violent By Design leader has been out since March

IMPACT’s Eric Young was enjoying a new lease of life as the leader of the twisted Violent By Design, but an ACL injury in March has been a major bump in the road.

Young has still been ever present on IMPACT television as the Svengali figure behind VBD, but is hopeful that a return to in-ring action could be possible by October.

Speaking on a virtual signing session with High Spots Wrestling Network, Young gave an update on his rehab:

“It’s bittersweet that I don’t get to compete,” said Young “This three months actually is the longest I’ve gone without wrestling since 1997. So the longest was my 90-day non-compete so now this is definitely, officially the longest I’ve gone and I’ve got three months to go. So I will be cleared, I believe for October which is Bound For Glory. So, we’ll see what happens.”

Bound For Glory is set to take place in Las Vegas, and is traditionally seen as IMPACT’s WrestleMania.
