Fake chants have been added to the Netflix version of WWE WrestleMania 40, notably during the Six-Pack Ladder Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships and World Tag Team Titles on night one of WrestleMania XL.

Tommaso Ciampa hit Tyler Bate with an Air Raid Crash from the top of the ladder to the ring below during the match and "This is Awesome" chants can be heard during the version of WrestleMania 40 which has been uploaded to Netflix. The chants sound noticeably piped in and that is ultimately the case as there were no "This is Awesome" chants from the fans inside Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field immediately following the Air Raid Crash. The fans instead chanted "Holy Sh*t" following the Air Raid Crash, with the chant being audible during the version of WrestleMania XL which aired live.

The cursing chant could be the reason for the edits on Netflix as swearing has often been bleeped out on the streaming service, while Raw has avoided showing talents giving each other the middle finger. Solo Sikoa's f-bomb from the March 14 edition of SmackDown was also recently removed from replays of SmackDown.

Many of WWE's classic pay-per-views/premium live events are available on Netflix in international territories like the United Kingdom.
