Final Card Heading Into NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 15
As we head into 2021 we await, like always, the first major show of the year: New Japan Pro Wrestling Wrestle Kingdom 15 from The Tokyo Dome. Taking place across two nights on Monday January 4 and Tuesday January 5, it’ll be a Wrestle Kingdom like no other, due to the ongoing effects of Covid-19 on the live wrestling industry.
As such there have been some issues heading into Wrestle Kingdom, such as Juice Robinson having to withdraw from the event due to a fractured orbital bone. Robinson’s opponent KENTA, will be facing the legendary Satoshi Kojima instead.
As always, card is subject to change, but with less than a week to go until the event here’s a look at the Wrestle Kingdom 15 card:
Night One - January 4:
• Tetsuya Naito (c) vs. Kota Ibushi - IWGP Heavyweight & IWGP Intercontinental Double Championship
• Kazuchika Okada vs. Will Ospreay
• Hiromu Takahashi vs. El Phantasmo - Winner will face Taiji Ishimori for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship on January 5

• New Japan King of Pro Wrestling Ranbo - Final four participants will advance to a Four-Way Match for the KOPW 2021 Trophy on January 5
