Final PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2022 Participants Revealed
'Phillip Five Skulls' and more
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla revealed the final three participants in the 2022 Battle Of Los Angeles tournament over the Christmas period.
The fourteenth entrant was revealed to be former ROH star Rey Horus, while the final two participants will be 'Phillip Five Skulls' and former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Matthews.
Phillip Five Skulls looks set to be a mystery competitor as the name refers to an August 2021 tweet from a fan that reads: "Literally everytime PWG has a show someone is like 'Phillip Five Skulls from Dayton is really making a name and PWG should book him.' 'why no women at PWG?' 'How do I download the show that happened 12 hours ago' F*cking promotions needs a user's manual."
After a two-year hiatus because of the COVID-19 pandemic, BOLA will return on January 29 and January 30. The tournament will be taped at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
