First Two IMPACT Homecoming Mixed Tag Teams Revealed

The Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned on July 31

Fresh out of Slammiversary, IMPACT Wrestling have announced an upcoming Homecoming Mixed tag Tournament, with the aim of crowning the first ever Homecoming King and Queen of IMPACT.

The tournament has already had the first two teams going for the crowns announced, with Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green and Decay’s Rosemary and Crazzy Steve the first to step up.

Cardona and Green’s inclusion should come as no surprise, as the two teamed at Slammiversary when Green returned to IMPACT to aid fiancee Cardona in a battle with Brian Myers and Tenille Dashwood.

As seen on last week’s edition of IMPACT Wrestling, Myers was hoping to enter the tournament with Tenille, but after Tenille was attacked earlier in the night by Taylor Wilde, she and Kaleb with a K made their excuses and declared themselves out of the running, with Myers’ protege Sam Beale promising to find a suitable replacement for ‘the Most Professional Wrestler.’

The Homecoming Tournament Finals will air live on Saturday July 31 at IMPACT Homecoming 2021.
