In recent months, All Elite Wrestling has added numerous new stars to their roster as they have signed Brodie Lee, Matt Hardy, Colt Cabana, and Brian Cage. AEW signed two more wrestlers yesterday as they announced Ricky Starks and Abadon had joined the young promotion.

Both Starks and Abadon made their Dynamite debuts yesterday. The Living Dead Girl was the first to appear as she went one on one with Anna Jay and pinned her in under three minutes. Starks was later revealed as Cody's mystery challenger for the TNT Championship. While he didn't defeat The American Nightmare, he earned himself an AEW contract.

Absolute featured prominently in the National Wrestling Alliance on Powerrr and was presented as one of the promotion's rising stars. He captured the NWA World Television Championship at the Hard Times pay-per-view and held onto the title for over a month before he was defeated by Zicky Dice. Starks announced back in May that his NWA contract had expired and both sides agreed to part ways. He has now found his new home in AEW.

Last night wasn't the first time Abadon has appeared in AEW as she clashed with Hikaru Shida on the March 13 episode of Dark. She was largely treated as an enhancement talent but her unique look and persona impressed Kenny Omega and seemingly others in AEW. Her signing also comes at an important time for the women's division as the young promotion will be without Britt Baker and Kris Statlander until at least September.

Catch Ricky Starks and Abadon in action on AEW: Dynamite every week live and on demand on FITE.
