A former star of WWE and TNA has been cast in a new movie. Deadline has revealed that Jacob Southwick (AKA Madman Fulton in TNA and Sawyer Fulton in WWE) will star in The Caretaker, an action-thriller currently in production in Nevada.
The Caretaker focuses on a reclusive caretaker of a ghost town tourist attraction which is closed for the offseason when he suddenly has to protect a young woman from violent killers trying to kidnap her and take her to a crime boss.
Robert Bronzi will play the caretaker, while Quinton "Rampage" Jackson will star as the caretaker's friend and sidekick. Others in the movie include Avaryana Rose, Daniel Baldwin, Paul Logan, Leah Voysey, Mark Justice, Brett Benowitz, Alex Trumble, Lane Griffith, and Neva Leoncini.
Madman Fulton previously wrestled for WWE from 2012 until his release in 2017, although he continued to receive royalties from the company due to owning part of the SAnitY trademark.
Fulton joined TNA (then IMPACT Wrestling) in 2019 as a member of oVe. Fulton was then paired with Ace Austin in 2020 and remained alongside the multi-time X-Division Champion until Fulton's contract expired in 2022.
Fulton has made a handful of appearances in TNA since then, most recently as August 2024 when he teamed with Kon and Steph De Lander in a loss to PCO, Rhino, and Xia Brookside. Fulton also continues to wrestle on the indies.
