Former WWE Champion, Free Agent Posts "To Be Continued" Teaser Video (POTENTIAL SPOILERS)

Creating a bit of intrigue

Is it a tease of what's to come this weekend? Or is it just that, a tease?

With a major surprise planned for AEW Revolution in the form of a "Hall of Fame-worthy" talent signing with the company, one wrestling legend is capitalizing on the intrigue.

Kurt Angle posted a video on Twitter Saturday, putting on some of his familiar gear. The former WWE, World Heavyweight, TNA, and IWGP Third Belt champion is seen lacing up his boots, putting on his gold medals, and wearing various shirts from his wrestling past.

After a close-up of his face, the screen fades to black, and the words, "To be continued..." appear on screen.

Angle last wrestled on April 7, 2019, losing what was dubbed his retirement match to Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35.

He subsequently took a backstage role with WWE, a position he held up until he was released as part of the pandemic cuts in April of 2020.

Since then, Angle has started a podcast with Conrad Thompson, who himself presently co-hosts shows with three other AEW staffers (Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, and Arn Anderson).
