Former WWE Superstar Heath Slater Teases Appearance At IMPACT Wrestling Slammiversary 2020

Rhino recently announced he has a new tag team partner...

On the June 9 episode of IMPACT!, Rhino teased Heath Slater would be joining IMPACT Wrestling as he announced he had found a new tag team partner and he's "got kids." The two Superstars were a popular tag team in WWE from 2016 to 2019 and enjoyed some success together as the inaugural SmackDown Tag Team Champions.

The One Man Band added to Rhino's initial tease yesterday as he posted a video on social media of himself exercising while "July 18: Coming Soon" flashed up on the screen. July 18 is the date of Slammiversary 2020, and while Rhino isn't currently booked on the show, his rivalry with Rohit Raju could culminate in a tag team match at the pay-per-view.

Whether or not Slater makes an appearance at Slammiversary 2020 remains to be seen but two former WWE Superstars are set to debut in IMPACT Wrestling at or shortly after the pay-per-view as Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson reportedly signed with the promotion several days ago. The three former Superstars were released by WWE back on April 15.
