Former WWE Tag Team To Reunite Next Month

Their first match together in six years.

Former WWE NXT Tag Team Champions are set to team together for the first time since in six years at a House of Glory show on September 15.

The New York-based promotion announced that The Vaudevillains will compete on their Fallout event in Queens. The show will air live on Premier Streaming Network.

House of Glory did not state who their opponents would be, instead writing:

"The former NXT Tag Team Champions have set their sights on HOG's tag team division. Who will they face at Fallout? Stay tuned to HOG Wrestling social media channels for match announcements".

Matthew Rehwoldt (FKA Aiden English) and Simon Gotch haven't teamed together since 2017. The two revealed last month that they planned to take independent bookings.

Rehwoldt hasn't wrestled since May 2022, but will work limited dates going forward. He is currently an announcer for IMPACT Wrestling.

Gotch, meanwhile, has wrestled for various independent leagues in recent times, as well as internationally for companies like Japan's Pro Wrestling NOAH.
