Full PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2023 Lineup Revealed
The full list of competitors for the 2023 PWG Battle of Los Angeles has been revealed
The Battle of Los Angeles is arguably the biggest tournament in independent wrestling, and ahead of the event returning in January 2023, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla have released the full list of competitors hoping to win the BoLA.
PWG have been slowly announcing the full list of competitors on Twitter, unveiling 17 names from across AEW, ROH, IMPACT, AAA, and the wider indies all hoping for a shot at the prestigious BoLA on January 7 and January 8.
The following names have been confirmed for the 2023 Battle of Los Angeles; Michael Oku, Shun Skywalker, Masha Slamovich, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, Komander, Alex Shelley, Jonathan Gresham, Aramis, Titus Alexander, Jordynne Grace, Lio Rush, Black Taurus, Latigo, PWG World Champion Daniel Garcia, Bandido, Konosuke Takeshita, and El Hijo del Vikingo.
Out of the 17 names revealed, Daniel Garcia and Bandido have previously won the tournament in 2022 and 2019 respectively, whilst Masha Slamovich and Jordynne Grace will be the first female wrestlers to enter the fray since Candice LeRae in 2014.
Also, with there being an odd number of competitors, one match will presumably be a three-way, similar to the 2008 BoLA where Masato Yoshino defeated El Generico and Nick Jackson in an opening round match.
