GUNTHER Vs. Matt Riddle Set For WWE Money In The Bank

The Intercontinental Championship will be on the line at WWE Money in the Bank. 

After weeks of issues with Imperium, Matt Riddle challenged GUNTHER to an IC Title match on Monday which led to a confrontation with Ludwig Kaiser on WWE Raw. A brawl soon broke out, with GUNTHER eventually standing tall. Der Ring General then accepted Riddle's challenge and the two rivals will go one-on-one in London, England on July 1. 

Riddle has been locked in a feud with GUNTHER and Imperium alongside Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Expectations will be high heading into the match as Riddle and GUNTHER had several very good matches on the independents in 2017 and 2018, including a trilogy over the PROGRESS Atlas Championship.
