A movie about Nattie Neidhart's life may find its way to the silver screen.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported that several names in Hollywood have expressed strong interest in adapting Nattie Neidhart's The Last Hart Beating autobiography into a movie. There have been talks around the project and what has been described as an A-list production company is looking to be involved in any such project about Natalya's life.
Speculation has swirled about a potential movie based on the Hart family since early 2024 when Natalya posted an image on Instagram and tagged Rory Culkin and Yale Productions, with the production company believed to hold an interest in bringing the Hart family's story to the big screen.
Nattie noted to TV Insider in February 2024 that if anyone could portray her father, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, in a movie she would want it to be Paul Walter Hauser.
"If I were going to do a movie and could choose who I would personally want to play my dad, it would be Paul Walter Hauser. Paul is a huge wrestling fan. He just won the Emmy Award and called out [wrestler] Matt Cardona in his acceptance speech. I love Paul's passion for the industry. I see old footage of my dad and think, 'If there was a movie on the Hart family, call Paul Walter Hauser.' I can't unsee him as my dad. He has to be my dad. I love Paul. I think it’s so commendable that someone from his world has so much respect for us," Natalya stated.
Nattie Neidhart has been a part of WWE since 2007 and she is a one-time Divas Champion, one-time SmackDown Women's Champion, and one-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with Tamina. The wrestler nicknamed The Low-Key Legend holds the Guinness World Record for most pay-per-view appearances, most matches, most wins, most Raw matches, most SmackDown matches, and most WrestleMania matches as a female WWE talent.
