HOOK Vs. Stokely Hathaway Set For AEW Dynamite

Stokely Hathaway has been a major thorn in the side of HOOK for most of 2023, but it seems HOOK will finally get the opportunity to give Hathaway a taste of Red Hook when the two go one-on-one in a No DQ match on the Match 22 edition of AEW Dynamite.

On TV, HOOK ‘broke’ Hathaway’s arm earlier this year, and has since had to fend off members of The Firm such as Ethan Page, Big Bill, Lee Moriarty, and Matt Hardy whilst he bided his time waiting for a chance to get Hathaway in the ring.

With victory over Hardy on March 1, HOOK was guaranteed a No DQ match with Hathaway with The Firm banned from ringside, with AEW making the match official on the March 15 edition of Dynamite.

This will be Hathaway’s in-ring debut for All Elite Wrestling, and will be the seasoned manager’s first match since 2019. For HOOK, this will be the FTW Champion’s 23rd match of his short career, and his fifth bout overall in 2023.
