Logan Paul has undergone surgery to repair his torn triceps and doctors have informed the WWE talent that he will be on the shelf for six months.

Paul revealed he had undergone surgery on Instagram, writing: "Tore my tricep, got surgery while wide awake, told doc I wanna feel it all. Still the Tag Team champ just FYI. They're telling me 6 month recovery but I don't believe them, I'll be back in a couple weeks with some @drinkprime shake (32g protein). Good news I can still rip packs bc @ripit about to launch. Keep that title warm for me @wwe @austin_theory @paulheyman @bronbreakkerwwe. @bronsonishere let’s hang out."

Logan Paul sustained a torn triceps on the May 23 edition of Saturday Night's Main Event during the Vision's World Tag Team Title defence against the Street Profits, with Paul suffering the injury when he caught Angelo Dawkins on a dive.

WWE officially confirmed the injury on this week's Raw and the future of the World Tag Team Championships was quickly determined as Bron Breakker will fill in for Logan Paul as one-half of the World Tag Team Champions with Austin Theory. Paul's programme with Joe Hendry has also been taken over by Austin Theory, who laid out Hendry during his latest 'Fire Logan Paul' concert.
