Hulk Hogan recently went under the knife, with the WWE Hall of Famer undergoing neck fusion surgery on May 14.
Whilst reports at the time stated it was just a ‘little’ procedure to make Hogan feel ‘a little bit better’, it seems the surgery has had some restorative effect on Hogan’s everyday life, with Eric Bischoff revealing on the 83 Weeks podcast that Hogan has regained feeling in his hands following the operation:
"He flew in on Tuesday night, had surgery early Wednesday morning - it was a several hour surgery - they were working on the discs in his neck, but they had to go in front through his neck to get to ‘em," said Bischoff, later extolling that Hogan was in a better way post-surgery.
"But from what I've heard, from one of the people that works closely to him on a daily basis, was that coming out of that surgery, for the first time in a long time, he could actually feel his hands."
Hogan has undergone multiple surgical procedures in the past several years in order to counter his decades of in-ring competition across the AWA, NJPW, WWE, and WCW.
"It's amazing that he's still walking, it shocks me that he's still capable of walking," Bischoff said. "He's kind of a fighter and he's digging in."
